High Quality Early Learning & Child Care

Programs

"Sunshine" - 6 weeks to 15 months old

The infant room is organized into activity centers, which are filled with educational and age-appropriate toys, games, and materials. The program is focused around each individual’s schedule and needs. A daily report with information regarding the child’s meals, diaper changes, naps, and other activities will be made available.

"Sunflower" - 15 months to 24 months

In this room, the child makes the transition from bottles to "sippy” cups, from cribs to cots, and from two naps a day to one midday nap. Our toddlers become more independent with finger foods by feeding themselves at a table with a teacher’s constant supervision and assistance. Children in this program are involved in activities to promote sensory development and awareness, cognitive and language skills, and physical development. A daily report will also be made available in this class.

"Lavender" - 2 years to 3 years

In this room, students are focused on developing social skills. This includes making friends, sharing and communicating ideas, and handling emotions. We introduce new sections of language (ex: alphabet, phonics, word recognition, and writing), math (ex: quantity, sorting, shapes), science, history, and art. Most importantly, we will have a lot of fun doing it!

"Chamomiles” 3 years – 4 years

The Preschool Program provides each child the opportunity to grow through enrichment activities. Classroom centers stimulate imagination so each child can investigate at his/her own rate. There are also group activities to help the children learn together. We offer activities to introduce and foster the growth of artistic and creative expression. In preschool class, children continue to learn numbers, counting, the alphabet, writing skills, color and shape names, comparative attributes, small and large motor development, eye-hand coordination, spatial awareness, music melody and rhythm.

"Peppermint” - 4 to 5 years of age

In our pre-K class, students are focusing on getting ready for Kindergarten. They concentrate on furthering their knowledge and advancing their skills in all the topics previously learned in other classrooms. In addition to academic work, children are expected to begin to be more independent and responsible.
